“From September 2019 through June 2020, I served as the business lead on a Warehouse Management System implementation for a home décor retailer.  I sought out and recruited Alan to lead the training initiative for the implementation.  The client did not have an existing training program, so the scope of Alan’s work was very broad.  Alan took ownership of the project, providing an end to end training program to equip current team members for the implementation as well as train new hires going forward.  The training package Alan designed used written job aids, classroom training with interactive demonstrations, and hands on exercises which engaged the team members and aided in retention.  In addition to this package, Alan quickly adjusted the plan due to restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 outbreak and recorded video sessions on his own to ensure team members could be trained at remote locations without risking exposure via travel to the main Distribution Center.  I can say without hesitation that Alan’s work was a critical success factor for the project. “
